Can I swap out items in the bundle?
These are pre-curated collections. The components work together as a complete system and cannot be swapped out. You can, however, buy individual items from our store separately.
Can non-members buy this?
Yes, our bundle drops are open to the public, but Voya Insiders (free) receive word earlier than anybody else and get access to special deals via text and email.
How often do drops happen?
The time varies, but it's usually every 30-40 days. The only way to hear about it first and get instant access before selling out is by joining the Voya Insiders Club.
Why does Voya only sell Pelican?
Voya Travel Club's parent company, Beam Distributing, is a nationally authorized master distributor of Pelican Products and has been for other 30 years. In that time we've come to learn that Pelican makes the best products in the business, and that's something we can confidently stand behind.
What if something breaks?
Contact Pelican directly for warranty service. They'll replace it under their corresponding warranty. Pelican ATX luggage and Air Cases are all covered by a lifetime warranty, other products have warranty periods that vary.
What's the return policy?
Returns are OKAY in our book! Returns are only accepted for complete, unopened bundles including the flight gift card. Customer pays shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of return including the unaltered and unused flight voucher/gift cards, a full refund not including the cost of shipping will be returned to the customer.
How fast do you ship?
Speedy shipping is our top priority. Our team based in Ashland, Virginia works with all of the top shipping services, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL and more to get your goods out the door and on the way to you as quickly as possible.
