Return Policy

Effective March 2026

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns work:

Return Window

The window is 45 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition with all original packaging intact. We do not accept returns after 45 days, no exceptions.

What Can Be Returned

Pelican products included in your order are eligible for return within the 45-day window, provided they are unused and in original condition.

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Delta gift cards, whether used or unused
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
  • Orders returned outside the 45-day window

Voya Insider bundles must be returned complete. All items in the bundle must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted.

How Your Refund Is Calculated

When a return is accepted, your refund will be the original purchase price minus the following deductions:

  • The retail value of the Delta gift card included in your order
  • The original outbound shipping cost

These deductions apply to all returns, regardless of whether the gift card has been used. Because gift card digits can be recorded before a return, we have no way to recover value from a returned card, and this policy reflects that.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. We recommend using a trackable carrier and insuring your shipment. Voya Travel Club is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or product substitutions. Voya Insider bundles are pre-curated and cannot be modified. If you would like a different configuration, you are welcome to return your eligible items and place a new order when the next drop is available.

Item Condition

Item condition is assessed upon receipt at our warehouse. Items returned with damage, signs of use, or missing components will be subject to a restocking deduction or may be rejected entirely at our sole discretion. If a return is rejected, we will contact you to arrange return shipping at your expense.

Pelican Warranty Claims

Pelican's warranty is separate from this return policy. If a product fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, that is a warranty claim, not a return. Contact Pelican directly for warranty service. Pelican's lifetime guarantee covers ATX hard-sided luggage. Warranty coverage on other products varies by SKU. Warranty claims do not extend or reset the 45-day return window.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sayhello@voyatravelclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you the return address and any instructions within 1-2 business days.

Please do not ship items back before receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders

Standard shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states only. Customers in Alaska or Hawaii who wish to place an order should email us at sayhello@voyatravelclub.com for a custom shipping quote prior to purchase. International shipping is not currently available.
